By accessing or using the Agent Bionics platform, website, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Agent Bionics provides a white-labeled CRM platform, digital business card system, AI-powered tools, and related technology services designed for independent insurance agents. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described at the time of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a licensed insurance professional (or authorized representative of a licensed agency) to use our platform. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law; (c) infringe any intellectual property rights; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of enrollment. You authorize Agent Bionics to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with the Agent Bionics platform are the property of Agent Bionics or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Bionics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
